About Me

Welcome to BZ Performance Training! My name is Bailey Zeldin, founder and lead certified personal trainer based in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m dedicated to helping clients across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler achieve real, lasting results through expert personal training, fitness coaching, and performance training programs.

My passion for fitness began as a high school and college athlete, where I developed a deep understanding of strength training, athletic performance, and what it takes to compete at a high level. Today, I use that experience to help clients throughout the Phoenix metro area build muscle, lose weight, improve endurance, and elevate overall performance.

I specialize in both in-person personal training in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas—including Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler—as well as online fitness coaching. Every program I create is fully customized to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
